However, if one or more of the products you received shows quality issues, or you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you're welcome to contact us at [email protected], we would be happy to offer you a replacement or a form of compensation.

OUR RETURNS POLICY

If our product doesn't perform for you, don’t worry. You have 30 days from the delivery date to return it.

Please read the following conditions before initiating a return:

(a)Orders can be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.

(b)Products must be returned in original packaging, undamaged, and unused with the original hangtags and packaging attached.If a gift is included, the gift must be returned with the return of the goods

(c)To obtain a return authorization, before returning the product, you can contact us at [email protected] to obtain the return address. Please do not send it back to the original delivery address. To avoid any mistakes in shipment, please be sure to contact us before returning the product.

(d)Rlaarlo is not responsible for the cost associated with shipping your product back to our warehouse for a refund.

(e)At our discretion, we may offer a partial refund or charge a restocking fee, in particular, if any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or if there are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Note:If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Any refused items or incorrect addresses are subject to a 10% restocking fee based on the selling price.

EXCHANGES

We are not able to offer exchanges. If you are interested in different sizes or colors after you receive the product, we recommend that you purchase the correct product immediately and return the original product. If there is a problem with the product you received, please contact our customer service team at [email protected]

ITEMS ARE MISSING FROM MY ORDER

Possible reasons:

  1. Order Split Shipped: Please contact us([email protected]) to check whether your order has been split shipped.
  2. Parcel damaged or items removed: The package seems modified or damaged and items may have fallen out.

If you have checked, there is still something missed. Please take photos of the items that have arrived and email what is missed to our Customer Service, including your order number and the parcel label.

ITEMS DEAD ON ARRIVAL

If your item was damaged during shipping, you are eligible for a full refund. When requesting your refund, please be ready to provide Customer Service with graphs clearly showing the problem with the item and its courier number as soon as possible.

REFUNDS

We will process the refund for you within 2-3 working days after receiving the returned items, and the refund will come to your account according to your original payment method. Usually, the refund will be back to your account within 2-3 working days.
